About Us

Jim Fuller, PhD, DABCC

President and Founder

We work with you to bring quality using a collaborative approach that discovers what you need, then meets it. We don’t try to give you solutions for questions that you don’t need the the answer too.

It is the discussions before a project begins that determine success. They define what you need and how we can meet it. Without these detailed discussions the project is defined by assumptions or a templated approach that is a one size fits all solution. We were founded by Clinical Laboratory Professionals to meet the needs of Clinical Laboratories. We believe that Quality and Patient Focus are the cornerstones of a good laboratory. Whether you are a laboratory manager looking to complete projects with limited resources or a laboratory executive creating and growing a new laboratory. Quality and Patient Focus are critical. Quality creates and retains satisfied customers. Patient Focus keeps you centered on filling a need in patient health and wellness. It is our goal and vision to help laboratories start, grow, and maintain processes that enable and promote success.

Expertise in clincal genetics and patient focus are the keystones of great molecular diagnostic teams. I am a certified genetic counselor with over 20 years experience in pediatric and laboratory genetic counseling, both in the academic and industry settings. I have a passion for education across all ages and educational backgrounds, with a focus on higher education. I am organized, efficient, and enthusiastic about genetics and genetic counseling.
